We offer an 100% non-profit service, as we do not believe in making money from dog rescue. However, the process of rescuing dogs can be expensive due to the veterinary and transport bills. All our dogs are treated for any wounds or diseases that they are suffering when found, de-flead and de-wormed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, and registered for travel (which includes getting their own passport!). This means that they arrive to us ready for their forever home. Additionally, there are the costs of transportation from Greece to the UK, and the supply of food that they require during all this time. As the majority of these costs are covered by fundraising and unpaid volunteer work, all we ask for upon adoption is an adoption fee that covers the transport costs to help us continue. Any additional donations to the rescue costs are most welcome and very much appreciated. This is a fraction of the price for a 'designer dog', and we truly believe that every one of these pups is worth it!
